For the last few issues I have been part of the organising team of the student magazine, which I joined in my first semester. We plan everything from finding topics to printing and weekly meetings.
The magazine is edited by students like me and is independent of the university in terms of content. Therefore, one of my tasks is to make sure that the magazine goes to print on time and to create the conditions for the students to contribute freely.
Each issue is unique and is redesigned every semester. The team decides on the theme and visual appearance, the organisation team gathers these ideas and provides a guide. At the weekly meetings, we aim to create a fun atmosphere with drinks, music and games. Thanks to @JenniferZhu for the social media content :)
